Silence
by Delerium
Give me relief, Witness me.
I am outside,
Give me peace.
Heaven holds a sense of wonder
And I wanted to believe
I'd get caught up
When the rage in me subsides
In this white wave I am sinking,
In this silence
In this white wave,
in this silence
I believe
I can't help this longing,
Comfort me.
I can't hold it all in
if You won't let me.
Heaven holds a sense of wonder
And I wanted to believe
that I'd get caught up
When the rage in me subsides,
in this white wave
I am sinking In this silence,
In this white wave,
in this silence
I believe
I have seen You in this white wave, You are silent
You are breathing in this white wave
I am free.

Finding what makes us come alive ------------------------
We must realize, God has rigged the world so that it only works when
we embrace risk as the theme of our lives, when we live by faith. All attempts to find a safer life, to live by the
expectations of others, just kill the soul in the end. That's not how we find life.
If you had permission to do what you really want to do, what would
you do?
Don't ask how--that will cut your desire off at the knees.
How is never the right question. How is a faithless question. It means "unless I can see my way clearly, I won't
venture forth."
When the angel told Zacharias that his ancient wife would bear him
a son named John, Zacharias asked how and was struck dumb for it.
How is God's department: He is asking you what.
What is written in your heart? What makes you come alive?
